Casa Franchipani is a free standing holiday home in Todoque, in the Valle de Aridane at 220M above sea level. The area is very sunny and the temperatures are always pleasant.
Casa Franchipani stands on the same plot as the owners house.
The owners respect your privacy and will not disturb you. They are always ready to help if needed.

There are 12 steps up to the roof terrace.

Here you have stunning views over Todoque, the area, up towards the mountains and down towards Tazacorte and the Atlantic Ocean.

 
Casa Franchipani has a sheltered sunny terrace with tables and chairs.
3 steps up is a second terrace with sunbeds. A lovely private spot for sunbathing.

From both terraces there is sea view and views over the area and the mountains.

 
Accommodation
Casa Franchipani has a living room with open kitchen, a second sitting room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
In the living room you'll find a sofa and there is SAT TV/radio and a radio/cd player.

The kitchen has a table with chairs, electric cooking hob (2), large refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, sandwich maker and a good selection of kitchen utensils.

 
To the bedroom is 2 steps up. This spacious room with wooden roof has 2 single beds (90 X 2.00m), bedside tabels and a wardrobe.
In the 2nd bedroom you'll find 2 single beds (90 X 2.00m) and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.
 
In the 2nd sitting room you'll find a comfortable sofa and chair and a coffee table. The door opens onto the terrace.
 
Area
From the aiport it is 45 minutes drive to Casa Franchipani. The area is sunny and quiet
The village Todoque is about 1km away, there are several bars, 2 restaurants, a few shops, dispensing chemist and a church.
The beautiful old city Los Llanos and the beaches at Puerto Naos and Tazacorte are about 10 minutes drive away. There you'll find a wide range of restaurants and also in the smaller villages all within 10 minutes drive.
Many walking routes and the National Park Caldera de Taburiente and many other places of interest are within easy reach.
